I understand how overwhelming life can feel at times, but together, we can embark on a journey of self-discovery and transformation. We will observe where you are now and gain a clearer view of what you would like out of your life. From this new vantage point, we can identify what’s been holding you back whilst also shine a light on your unique strengths.

​Joy is a hidden gem that enhances your wellness and the motivation in your life.

 

When you experience joy, it uplifts your mood, reduces stress, and improves your mental health. Joy helps you navigate challenges with greater ease.

By giving time to develop joy, you increase your ability to appreciate the present moment, leading to a more fulfilling and balanced life. Ultimately, joy acts as a powerful catalyst for personal growth, productivity, and a deeper sense of contentment.

Wellness

​Wellness is a beautiful mix of holistic being to improve or prevent ill health whether that is physical, emotional, mentally or spiritually.

Managing wellness on a regular basis can give you a firm foundation, so that when health issues arise you have a greater chance of a speedy recovery.

The aim for most is living a healthy, happy and fulfilled life. Being consciously aware of how to balance all levels of wellness can have great benefits for you in your life.

My offer to you

 

I use a blend of coaching techniques and skills from 30 years of working with people who wished to reclaim a positive sense of self, overcoming difficult experiences or feeling lost in what has become a busy life full of too many expectations.

​

My aim is to support YOU to experience the solutions are either within your grasp, or through curious discussions they shine through with clearer understanding.  Exploring how you have made it this far and how your skills can be recycled, tweaked and built upon, allowing you to become the creator of your own life and to help you experience personal progress that allows areas of your life to be enhanced for the better.

It's important to me to provide a service that respects you are a unique individual. To offer ways to help YOU develop your ways to manage anxiety, being overwhelmed, feeling stuck or lost. Because you deserve to have your place in this time and equally because you deserve to have experiences of thriving in a way that warms your heart.

I offer a genuine, empathic, non-judgemental therapeutic relationship in a safe and confidential online environment or in person in workplace settings.​
